Refund policy

1. Overview

At LAEMEEO, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and to prevent misuse, returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • A valid unboxing video is provided (if required)

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Fraud Protection)

For claims related to:

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing items

Customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

  • Sealed package before opening

  • Shipping label visible

  • Entire unpacking process

Claims without proper video proof may be rejected.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

  • Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products (if introduced)

We reserve the right to update this list at any time.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo and video evidence

  • Do not use the product

After verification, we may:

  • Replace the product

  • Issue refund

  • Offer store credit

Final decision rests with LAEMEEO after investigation.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged (if serviceable area)

  • If not, customer must self-ship the product

Return shipping charges:

  • Customer bears return shipping unless the error is from our side

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.


7. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval is subject to quality check

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refund to original payment method

  • COD orders → Bank transfer after bank details submission

Refund timelines depend on banking/payment provider processing.

Refund Calculation & Shipping Deduction

In the event of an approved return, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

Please note:

  • Original shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • If the order qualified for “Free Shipping,” the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) will also be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

  • Any payment gateway charges, COD handling charges, or convenience fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

The final refund amount will be calculated as:

Product Price – Shipping Charges – Return Shipping Charges (if applicable) – Other Applicable Fees

Refunds will only be issued for the product value after deductions.


8. Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases where:

  • Product is returned damaged

  • Missing components

  • Signs of use

  • Original packaging missing


9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


10. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • Shipping and return courier charges may be deducted

  • Refund may be reduced accordingly

Repeated refused deliveries may result in account suspension.


11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback

  • Account may be permanently suspended

  • Future purchases may be blocked

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.


12. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind (unless allowed above)

  • Delay caused by courier

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Incorrect address provided by customer


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount


14. Final Authority

All return and refund decisions are subject to final review and approval by LAEMEEO.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of policy abuse or suspected fraud.
